joyslot accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to standard PKR transactions. Deposit Responsibility: You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you can afford to lose. joyslot does not extend credit to players. Deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except in circumstances of clear technical error.

10.2 joyslot does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.
10.3 joyslot's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits joyslot's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 You may close your joyslot account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete.
11.2 joyslot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where: (a) a player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected; (c) a player has been identified as being under 21 years of age; (d) a player is identified as a self-excluded individual attempting to re-register; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or legal risk to joyslot.
11.3 In cases of account closure due to breach of this Agreement, joyslot reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and winnings generated through prohibited conduct, pending investigation. Real-money deposits may be returned at joyslot's discretion following investigation.
12.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which joyslot holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
